Goto - Designer, add column and ColumnEdit control option.
Goto - In-place Editor Repository - Select control name - Set ButtonStyle - Image Options - Kind - Glyph
Goto - In-place Editor Repository at the buttom change the TextEditStyle  - Hide Text
